Single pieces

If you unlocked a piece for Ksh 50 by mistake, or it was not what you expected, ask within seven days and we will refund it. The piece goes back behind the wall when the refund is made.

How to ask

Write to the payments desk from the contact page with the email on your account and the M-Pesa or card receipt for the payment. Refunds are made through IntaSend to the card or number that paid, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank or M-Pesa.
